Thank you from the kids for all the great Christmas presents from caring supporters.

"Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness; come before His presence with singing," Ps. 100: 1-2

Hello everyone!

We are back in Haiti as of yesterday. It is great to be out of the cold. It has been many years since we have been able to spend Christmas with Kristie's family and enjoy a white Christmas. While we may not be brave enough to face the snow again for some time, we had a wonderful time.

And, it was really good to come home to Haiti. Our house is still full of people, but it is full of joy as well.

The board in Haiti has been working hard while we were stateside. Saul reports that the gardens in each of the 6 communities are doing well with their pump irrigation. The gardens are producing good harvests and the profits are significant for the farmers. It has been UCI's policy for the farmers to give 33% of the money used to buy the pump back. With this money UCI then buys as new pump for a different community. After this last harvest, there is already enough money to buy another pump. We want men and women to work to make a difference in their own lives as well as providing a vital resource for the community.

Eliberne has been continuing with the construction work. The apartment for the teachers is almost completed. The house for the cassava mill is up and just needs some finishing. Sixteen cement floors and 1 house were finished while we were gone. It gives us a lot of joy to see what God has done. I hope you enjoy the pictures that we are including.

We also have started to give out the gifts for the children in the 7 nutrition centers, our school, 2 churches, and another local school. I haven't finished, yet, but here are some pictures of the kids. Thank you, thank you to all who bought the gifts, who spent money for the shipping, and who are praying for these children. God bless you.

We'll write more later but we hope you all are having a wonderful 2011 and that you will see God's presence all around you this year.

In Christ,

JeanJean, Kristie, Tana and Kerri Mompremier
